Empowering Youth Initiatives: Youth Phoenix Project Transforms National Ideas into European Solutions

In a bid to empower the youth and foster active citizenship and leadership at European level, the Youth Phoenix Project is proud to announce its International Challenges Events. These events are specifically crafted to evaluate and elevate project initiatives developed by young people and youth ambassadors in order to defined them to be suitable for all the consortium countries.

The two-day event kicks off with Day 1 dedicated to showcasing the culmination of efforts from the Blended National Trainings. Here, young people present their national initiatives, honed through rigorous training and mentorship. They delve into evaluating these initiatives and meticulously choose the top 5 projects.

Day 2 marks a pivotal shift towards transforming these national initiatives into robust European projects. Participants engage in a series of practical tasks, collaborative brainstorming sessions, and hands-on experiences meticulously designed to refine and elevate the projects in order to be suitable for all the countries from the project.

The consortium is created with diferentorganizations such as Asociația Se Poate from Romania, Association Sideralis from France, Rasio Perspektiva from Latvia, Regional Development Foundation from Bulgaria, and Unioni Comuni del Villanova from Italy, the project boasts a diverse and formidable partnership.

This ambitious project is made possible through co-funding from the #ErasmusPlus Programme of the European Union, reflecting the shared commitment to nurturing youth talent and fostering cross-border collaboration.

As the event concludes, participants leave armed with invaluable insights, actionable feedback, and a renewed sense of purpose. The stage is set for further development and refinement of these projects, as they prepare to be applied for different European calls.
