The next Youth Phoenix #project activity International Motivation Training (IMT) that gathers the youth ambassadors from Bulgaria, France, Italy, Latvia, and Romania will happen this weekend, 25-26 November 2023.
The primary objective of this activity is to cultivate civic participation at the European level, promising an engaging and constructive experience for the participants.
The core of this event is an intensive 8-hour workshop spread across two days, dedicating 4 hours to each day. The workshop is meticulously designed to delve into the nuances of civic engagement at the local, national, and European levels.
On the first day, the focus is on identifying common challenges faced by the youth in each participating country. The objective is not only to understand the shared obstacles but also to foster an environment of mutual learning. To achieve this, the ambassadors will be exposed to diverse local and national initiatives from each country, providing examples of experiences and approaches to problem-solving.
As the workshop progresses into the second day, the participants will shift their attention towards European-level civic participation. Here, they will explore various ways to be actively involved in shaping European initiatives. Additionally, an important component of the day's agenda involves a creative brainstorming session. The ambassadors will collaboratively generate 10 innovative ideas for initiatives, strategically rooted in common needs and challenges identified during the first day.
Anticipation is palpable as the consortium and project trainers eagerly await the activity where they will meet the young ambassadors. Their collective aim is to provide guidance and mentorship, nurturing not only civic participation but also instilling leadership qualities in the participants.
